Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oleo, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices (or crushed) and 1 box yellow cake mix (any brand), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt oleo in baking dish or pan.
Add the brown sugar and stir.
Spread in pan.
Place pineapple slices evenly (add cherry in center).
Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour over pineapple slices.
Bake according to package directions. Cool about 5 minutes on wire rack, then invert cake on plate.
