Upside-Down Apple Pecan Pie
Upside-Down Apple Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1/3 c. margarine, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 15 oz. pkg. pillsbury already pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 375°.
In 9-inch pie pan, combine pecans, brown sugar and margarine.
Spread in bottom of pan.
Prepare pie crust according to directions.
Place bottom crust over pecan mixture in pan.
In large bowl, mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix lightly.
Spoon into pie crust.
Top with second crust and flute top; cut several slits (only in top shell).
Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes, then turn upside-down on serving place.
Good with ice cream.
