Under-the-Sea Salad
Under-The-Sea Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 2 hours 16 minutes. Made with (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, c. boiling water, c. pear juice, . salt and . vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve jello in hot water and add pear juice, salt and vinegar.
Put 1/2-inch mold or reserve to use on top. Let remainder of jello slightly jell, then whip.
Cream cheese and ginger.
Add to whipped jello.
Fold in fruit.
Fill mold or put in 9 inch shallow dish.
When set, cover with reserved jello.
