Under the Sea Salad
Under The Sea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. orange jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1/2 lb. marshmallows, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, broken into small pieces and 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add the cream cheese to the orange Jell-O, boiling water and marshmallows.
Let cool.
Add the pineapple, cream and mayonnaise. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Put in the refrigerator and let set until firm.
