Under-The-Sea-Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o lime gelatin, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup of the syrup.
Dice pears and set aside.
Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
Add reserved syrup and lemon juice.
Pour 1 1/4 cups into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Chill until set but not firm, about 1 hour.
