Under-the-Sea Salad
Under-The-Sea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. pear juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in and add pear juice, salt and vinegar.
Put 1/2-inch mold or reserve to use on top. Let remainder of jello slightly jell, then whip.
Cream cheese and ginger.
Add to whipped jello.
Fold in fruit.
Fill mold or put in 9
13-inch shallow set, cover with reserved jello.
