Uncle Steve's Bean Delight
Uncle Steve'S Bean Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans beans (your choice), 3 tbsp. salsa (mild to hot), 1 tbsp. fine chopped onions, 3 tbsp. each: chopped scallions, red peppers, celery and tomatoes and old dutch sweet and sour dressing (can substitute vinegar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash beans until all bubbles disappear.
Mix beans, salsa and chopped vegetables in large bowl.
Season to taste with Old Dutch dressing; mix well.
Let marinate 1/2 hour.
