Mix milk, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt.
Cook 2 minutes after it boils on low heat.
After this boils, take off burner and add peanut butter and mix together.
Mix oatmeal and cocoa together and add.
Stir together well and drop on waxed paper. Let cool.
