Uncle Jack's Cheese Sauce
Uncle Jack'S Cheese Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 3 slices american cheese (no fake stuff) and dash of salt or to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour.
Add milk and other ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thick, approximately 7 minutes.
Serve over cooked and drained broccoli or asparagus.
