Un-Mexican Haystacks
Un-Mexican Haystacks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3 tbsp. mayo, 8 green onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large mixing bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, mayo, onions, green pepper, Worcestershire, garlic powder, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Stir in ham.
Place a tortilla on a large round plate.
Spread a thin layer of ham mixture over tortilla.
Repeat layers, ending with ham mixture on top of entire stack.
Sprinkle chopped nuts or chopped parsley on top layer of stack.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Cut into wedges/small cubes.
Serve with a decorative toothpick inserted in each piece.
(Place picks in a row.
Makes slicing with electric knife easiest.)
