Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening (crisco), 1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Combine shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed.
Beat egg into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix into creamed mixture.
Blend well.
Add chips (chocolate) and pecans. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 3-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes (bake).
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
