Ugly Duckling Cake

Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts.
Pour batter into 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
Mix brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle over top of batter.
Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
Let cool and pour glaze over top of cake.
