Ugly Cake

Mix together first 3 ingredients; dough will be very stiff.
Spread in 9 x 13 greased and floured pan; spread the pecans over the dough.
Beat together last 3 ingredients and spread over uncooked cake.
Bake in 275Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Do not overcook.
