Two Tone Fudge
Two Tone Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème and 1 c. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter in a large, heavy saucepan.
Bring to a full boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and Marshmallow Crème. Stir until it has melted and mixture is smooth.
Into 2 cups of hot mixture, add butterscotch morsels and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
Spread evenly into a buttered 9-inch square pan.
To remaining mixture, add chocolate morsels and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
Spread evenly over butterscotch mixture.
Chill.
Cut into squares.
Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
