Two, Three, Four Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 rounded tbsp. crisco, 3 tbsp. cold milk or water, 4 tbsp. flour and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Add enough flour to make dough easy to handle, but not stiff.
Transfer to pastry board.
Press out dough and fold over several times.
(This makes crust flaky.) Add a little flour as needed to keep dough from sticking to board. Roll out and cover pie pan.
