In saucepan, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, evaporated milk and butter or margarine.

Bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently.

Boil for 15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat.

Add marshmallow cream, butterscotch chips and chocolate chips.

Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

Blend in nuts and vanilla. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.

Chill until firm.

Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.

Freezes well.
