Two Corn Casserole
Two Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. chopped mango, 1 stick butter, 1 can cream-style corn (including juice) and 1 can regular kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together onion, mango and butter and brown in skillet, then add remaining ingredients.
Spray an oblong baking dish with Pam.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Spread 4 ounces or more (whatever desired) to cover top of mixture.
