Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with baked potatoes, fried bacon pieces, green onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/3 stick margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop out potato; mash.
Use 1 strip bacon per potato.
Use green onions to suit your taste.
Mix bacon, onions, sour cream, margarine and cheese together.
Add salt and pepper, if desired.
Put back into potato halves. Sprinkle more cheese on top, if desired.
Bake until heated through at 325Β°.
Can be frozen for later baking.
