Twenty Minute Soup
Twenty Minute Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 carrots, diced, 4 stalks celery, diced, 1/2 onion, diced, 1/2 large tomato, diced and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil vegetables until tender in 1/2-cup water.
Save the water and add 1 can chicken broth; add Northern beans, salt and pepper; cook 10 minutes.
If more soup is desired, add 1 more can of broth and 1/2 bouillon cube.
Also can add zucchini or any other vegetable or noodles rather than beans.
Makes about 6 servings.
