Tutti-Frutti Ice Cream
Tutti-Frutti Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 ripe bananas, mashed and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, sugar and fruit; blend well.
Add 3 cups milk and water.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Allow ice cream to ripen at least 1 hour.
Yields 2 quarts.
