Mix cake mix, butter and 2/3 cup milk.
Pour half into greased 11
14-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, caramels
1/3 cup milk over low heat. Pour chips over baked cake.
Pour melted caramels over chocolate chips.
Spread remaining batter on top.
Bake 15 to 20 more minutes.
