Turtle Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. oil, 1 1/2 c. water and 1/2 can eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt and mix caramel and milk together.
Spread over the baked layer.
Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans.
