Turtle Bread

In large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Heat water, milk and margarine to about 130Β°.
Stir in yeast mixture, egg and enough remaining dough to make flour easy to handle.
Sprinkle flour on wax paper and knead dough until elastic and smooth.
Cover for 10 minutes.
