Turnip Casserole
Turnip Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 medium turnips, 1 large onion, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 c. grated carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pare turnips and chop onion.
Boil in small amount of water until tender, then mash.
Add 2 cans soup, sour cream and carrot.
Add about 2 cups stuffing mix (seasoned).
Pour into casserole dish; dot with oleo and sprinkle some stuffing on top.
Bake in 350Β° oven about 35 to 40 minutes.
