Turkey Tetrazzini
Turkey Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed in butter, 1 small pkg. noodles, cooked, 2 c. turkey, cut up and 1/2 c. turkey or chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat soup with broth and slowly add cream, then sherry. Butter a large casserole or glass baking pan.
Add turkey, noodles and mushrooms. Pour liquid over top, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese.
Top with toasted almonds.
Bake in hot oven until bubbly and browned on top.
