Turkey Tetrazzini
Turkey Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. spaghetti, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 small onion, diced, 1/4 c. flour and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook spaghetti as directed.
Drain.
Return to pot to keep warm.
In a 2-quart pan, over medium heat, saute onion in 3 tablespoons margarine.
Stir in flour until blended.
Gradually stir in milk, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Tear bread into small pieces to make 2 cups coarse bread crumbs.
