Turkey Stuffing
Turkey Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 2 lb. ground chuck, 2 stalks celery, chopped fine, 1 large onion, chopped fine and 1/2 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing mix (or your own mixture of bread crumbs with favorite spices), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook sausage until nearly done.
Add onion and celery.
Cook slowly 10 minutes.
Add hamburger and seasoning; brown.
Add bread crumbs until the fat from the meat has been absorbed.
Let cool before stuffing the turkey and keep it from becoming dry.
