Turkey Scallop
Turkey Scallop is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked turkey, 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and few drops tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Arrange alternate layers of 1 1/2 cups crumbs and diced turkey in casserole, seasoning each layer of turkey with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Pour gravy over all.
Combine remaining crumbs, milk and eggs.
Spread over the top of the casserole and dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
