Turkey Salad
Turkey Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. (4 to 5 c.) cooked, cubed turkey breast, 1 c. diagonal-cut celery, 2 tsp. grated onion, 2/3 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 c. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine turkey, celery, green pepper and onion; mix well. Combine mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add to turkey mixture; mix well.
Refrigerate.
To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates.
Spoon turkey mixture onto a bed of fresh crisp lettuce.
