Turkey-Rice Casserole
Turkey-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) box wild or white rice, uncooked, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. chicken broth, 2 c. cooked, cubed turkey and 1 (4 oz.) small can sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine rice, soup and chicken broth in a 2-quart casserole. Cover and cook on High in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Stir in turkey, mushrooms and salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Let stand 5 minutes. Great use of leftover turkey!
