Turkey-Rice Bake
Turkey-Rice Bake is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with condensed cream of chicken soup, c. water, c. mayonnaise, . lemon juice and c. instant rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine soup, 1/2 cup water, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Blend 1 cup soup mixture, remaining water, rice, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and salt in buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with turkey. Combine remaining soup mixture with broccoli.
Pour over turkey and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over top. Cover and bake in a 350Β° preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer.
Makes 4 servings.
