Turkey Quesadillas
Turkey Quesadillas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shaved smoked turkey (lunchmeat), 1 onion, chopped, 3/4 c. barbecue sauce, 6 to 8 flour tortillas and 1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat chopped onion in barbecue sauce over low heat until onion is soft.
Add shaved turkey and cook in sauce 10 minutes.
Spread turkey mixture over flour tortillas and cover with shredded cheese and another tortilla.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350Β° until tortilla becomes slightly crisp (approximately 10 minutes).
Serve with garnish of chopped tomatoes, chopped scallions and a ball of sour cream.
