Turkey Pot Pie
Turkey Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. milk, 3 (6 3/4 oz.) cans hormel chunk turkey, drained and flaked and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Stir mayonnaise and flour in a 2-quart saucepan.
Gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Stir in turkey and vegetables.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Place pie crust over casserole (pressing edges to seal).
Cut several holes in crust.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
