Turkey or Chicken Pie
Turkey Or Chicken Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. leftover stuffing, 1/2 c. leftover gravy, 1/2 c. water, 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables and leftover chicken or turkey, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In saucepan, over heat, add 1/4 cup water and stuffing.
Mash stuffing into water until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Add gravy and mix again.
Add turkey or chicken and as much frozen vegetables as you like and mix.
Pour into pie shell; top with another pie shell and seal.
Cut two slices in middle of crust with a sharp knife.
Bake at 350Β° until crust is brown.
Serve with cranberry sauce.
