Turkey or Chicken Casserole
Turkey Or Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. or more cooked, deboned turkey or chicken, cut into bite size pieces, 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. milk or water and 8 oz. sour cream (optional; increase milk if not used), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix and 1 stick butter, together.
Season and place into lightly greased, medium to large casserole dish.
In another bowl, mix stuffing mix with stick of butter.
Mix well and spread evenly on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes; just long enough to heat mixture and lightly brown top.
Can be made ahead of time and frozen until ready to bake.
