Turkey Or Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 c. chopped chicken or turkey, 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 tbsp. sage and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine; add sage.
Stir into stuffing mix.
Mix together soup and sour cream.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 3/4 of stuffing mixture, soup/sour cream mixture, chicken or turkey and rest of the stuffing mix and pour broth over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
