Turkey Hash
Turkey Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 1 large onion, peeled and chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 5 small, boiled potatoes, peeled and diced and 3/4 c. diced, cooked turkey, light and/or dark meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onion until slightly browned.
Add the diced potatoes and green pepper. Season with a little seasoned salt and pepper.
Mix in the diced turkey and cook slowly for about five minutes.
Add the gravy and cook a few minutes longer.
