Turkey Curry
Turkey Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 2 tbsp. oil, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 c. chicken stock or broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion, celery and ground turkey (if not using cooked turkey).
Cool slightly.
Add cornstarch and mix well.
Add stock and cook until smooth and thickened.
Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and pepper (then cooked turkey if not using fresh ground turkey).
Heat thoroughly.
Serve over rice.
