Turkey Corn Chowder
Turkey Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 lb. fresh ground turkey, 1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn and 1 large potato, peeled and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute onion in oil large kettle until transparent. Push to one side.
Add ground turkey and cook, stirring, until lightly browned.
Remaining ingredients, except canned milk.
Stir well.
Cover. to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Just before serving, remove from slowly stir in canned milk.
Makes 6 generous servings.
