Turkey Corn Casserole
Turkey Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked corkscrew pasta, 1 1/2 c. shredded jack cheese, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spread cooked pasta in bottom of greased pan.
Top with a thin layer of grated Jack cheese.
In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, corn, onions and turkey.
Stir to blend well.
Spread evenly over the pasta and cheese layers.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
If you wish, top with chopped tomatoes, chopped olives or green onion.
