Turkey Chili
Turkey Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with canola oil, 1 lb. lean ground raw turkey, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spray cold pan with canola oil.
Cook turkey and celery.
Use a meat fork to break turkey into pieces.
Cook until no longer pink.
Stir in remaining ingredients, tomatoes, juice, sauce, beans, spices and beef, if desired.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Discard bay leaf.
Serves 4.
Can be doubled easily.
