Turkey Chili
Turkey Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. ground turkey, 1/2 c. sliced white part scallions, 2 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen lima beans and 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add turkey and white part of scallions.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes until turkey is no longer pink, breaking up clumps with a spoon.
Stir in tomatoes, lima beans, corn and water.
Simmer 15 to 17 minutes to develop flavor.
Sprinkle with sliced scallion greens.
