Turkey Cheddar Casserole
Turkey Cheddar Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice (regular or instant), 2 tbsp. minced onions, 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, 4 to 6 slices (2 c.) cooked turkey and 10 1/2 oz. can cheddar cheese soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare rice according to directions on the box.
Add minced onions to boiling water.
Fluff rice and spread in greased, 10 x 6 x 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with peas and cover with turkey.
Blend soup and milk together and pour evenly over turkey. Combine crackers and butter and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
