Turkey Burgers
Turkey Burgers is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. fresh ground white meat turkey (no skin), 3/4 c. peeled, grated zucchini squash, 2 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, chopped finely and drained, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix and 1/2 c. barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl.
Form meat mixture into patties.
Place patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before grilling.
Place on outdoor grill.
Baste patties with barbecue sauce while cooking.
