Turkey And Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Place pie crust in a 1 1/2-inch deep quiche dish.
Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork.
Bake in 375° oven 10 minutes; remove.
Set oven at 350°.
In large bowl, toss together turkey, cheese, spinach and onion; spoon into pastry shell.
In small bowl, stir together eggs, mayonnaise, milk, basil and pepper until smooth.
Pour over turkey mixture.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 6 servings.
This is perfect for using up the last few pieces of leftover turkey.
