Tuna Vegetable Supper
Tuna Vegetable Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cauliflower, 1 c. sliced carrots, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. margarine and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Separate cauliflower and cook with carrots until tender-crisp. Drain.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Combine onion, soup, milk and tuna.
Mix well.
Place cauliflower and carrots in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour soup mixture over and top with crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
