Tuna Rice Salad Valenciana
Tuna Rice Salad Valenciana is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked rice, 1 can tuna fish, flaked, 1 c. sliced celery, 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives and 1/4 c. chopped dill pickles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine rice, tuna, celery, olives, pickles and seasonings. Toss lightly.
Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice; pour over salad.
