Tuna Rice Pie
Tuna Rice Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. minute rice, 1 1/3 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. butter and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Measure rice into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bring water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and butter to a boil.
Stir into rice; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Blend in beaten egg.
Press against bottom and sides, not above rim of pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese into rice crust; top with half of the tuna.
Repeat layers.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Pour over tuna.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
