Tuna Quiche
Tuna Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 eggs, 1 1/2 c. half and half, 1 tsp. horseradish, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat eggs.
Add half and half.
Mix in horseradish, lemon juice, salt and basil.
Stir in tuna, peas, water chestnuts, green onion, Jack cheese and 1 cup Cheddar.
Pour mixture into greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
Top with remaining Cheddar.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife comes clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve.
Serves 12 to 18 or 60 hors d'oeuvres.
