Tuna Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium eggs, separated, 4 oz. tuna, drained and flaked, 1 tbsp. onion flakes, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 450°.
Beat egg yolks, mustard and pepper. Mix well.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
Mix all ingredients.
Fold together and spoon into 2 cup casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes at 450°.
